Cap Verde is the famous island, which was discovered by the Italians and the Portuguese in the way back 14th century. The island is said to be the property of the African province, but Cap Verde is a small and separate island. The island was mostly inhabited by the Portuguese, who found a settlement in Ribeira Grande. The Portuguese named the island as Cabo Verde after the name of the nearby Cap Vert on the seashore. The island has seen the evolution of the Cidre Juice, which is taken by the distant travelers nowadays to quench their thirst. It would be a great trip for your holiday. Think of the sunshine and the beach will definitely bring you joy and happiness!

For those who love waters, for those who praise Channels, for those who appreciate beauty, Guernsey is the one stop destination. Guernsey is basically a dependency of the British crown lying in the English Channel whose defense lie in the hands of UK.
With two prominent geographical regions, namely the Bas pas and the Haut Pas of which the former is of rural type and the later of an industrial type. Guernsey has a got a very famous deep water harbor which is also known as the St Peter Port and is basically famous for the light house facilities it provides. Other places to spent a vacation barring Guernsey is Kanalinseln.

I usually take my whole family to a summer vacation at least once a year so that we could all loosen up a bit for a week or so. But like most families in U.S. I suppose, we usually spend countless time on planning the vacation before we could settle down on a destination we all agree on.

But this year, my wife and I were quite fast on this I must say. We have already chosen our destination for this summer getaway and that is: the Myrtle Beach. Although the summer time is still a few months away, but like all serious travelers out there, we made travel plan and reservation ahead of time! So, we have already made reservation on a Myrtle Beach Hotel we had done some researches on. We read a lot of buzz around this Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Hotel on the Internet and also from our friends who had spent their vacation there last year so we figure it could not go wrong.

But the main reason why I chose this one out of all those Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Hotels I could have chosen from is because of the fact that I could enjoy playing a few rounds of golf aside from frolicking along the beach with my wife. That is definitely a big plus!

How stuffy it was! Even air-conditioners failed to break up the swelter. Then night water tour rushed upon my mind.

Stuffiness is often a sign of coming rain. When I got on board the ferry boat, a heavy rain fell, but it could hardly free us of the stuffiness.

When the ferry sailed off Blake Pier, it was still raining cats and dogs. It offered us a distinctive appeal to see the changes of the sky on the sea. They sky was too vast to be included in our field of vision. Clouds of all hues and forms were galloping and tumbling in the sky. Lightning accompanied by thunders were cutting and chopping like sharp swords through the usually large clouds, edging them with golden lace.

We had dinner in a floating restaurant at Aberdeen. We enjoyed a sumptuous feast on board. After dinner, we returned on board the ferry and headed for the pier from which we set sail. As it had got darker, the lights on the shores become fewer, while we could see a large number of ships casting lights on our way home. We had talks in twos and threes on board.

Here we were at the pier before we know it. I made my way home, not feeling stuffy any longer but bringing the coolness I obtained in the sea home with me.
